Mahesh Kathi is an Indian film actor, writer, director and film critic.
Career :
Mahesh started his career with Edari Varsham based on Devarakonda Balagangadhara Tilak’s story Vooru Chivuru Illu which was the first crowd funded short film in Telugu.Mahesh was the writer for the film Minugurulu as the “First Telugu script to be preserved in Oscar Library‘s permanent core collection” and the first Telugu film that contended for the Academy Awards’ best feature n 2014.His film reviews in the Telugu channel 10TVwere controversial.He used flowcam technology popularized by Ram Gopal Varma and that led to the 2015 romantic comedy film Pesarattu.He played a role in the cult hit Hrudaya Kaleyam.
